I live with my partner in a nice flat in Battery Point (5 min walk to the city center, bus in the street) and we rent our spare bedroom for short terms. The room is available now. I am a student and my partner is a scientist, we are 23 and 27. The bedroom is furnished (queen size bed, big cupboards, sofa, dresser, sheets). The flat has a balcony with view on the mountain and the other side of the flat has a beautiful water view. The price is 175 dollars per week (which is the rental price /2).
