Rental from mid Jan 2010. Tidy 24yo non-smoking uni student seeking a spotless small home/unit up to 25 mins from Sandy Bay, ideally with good heating/cooling and wooden flooring. $150-$250 for the right property in a good neighborhood. Bond + 2 weeks rent in advance.
First time renter and unfamiliar with Hobart thus I would welcome a short term accommodation opportunity of one or two months while I search for longer term rentals.
