We are a mature (semi-retired) couple from Vancouver Canada, planning to spend December and January in Tasmania.  We're looking to rent a furnished house somehwere in the vicinity of either Hobart or Launceston.  We would prefer a two bedroom house that is situated either in a rural or beachfront locale.
