It is a 1 min drive 5 min walk to GREENS BEACH on the beautiful west coast of Tassie, nice and quite and the gateway to GREAT surf (ONIEL coldwater classic was recently held in the area), with Nettle bay only a 5 min drive and THE LIGHTHOUSE around 15-20 min depending on your vehicle. The popular ARTHUR RIVER is also only 20-20min drive away.
 
House has all beds, bedding, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, cutlery/crockery.
 
Prices negotiable depending on how many people and how long a stay.
However prices offered will be cheaper than any other rentals in the area which are few and far between.
