PLEASE HELP
We are looking for a suitable property to rent within 45mins of Hobart.  At least 2 brms, but prefer more.  Must be dog friendly (well trained).  There are two of us whom both work full time.  We are keen gardeners and can help with any repairs that may be needed.
We are looking for a long lease of at least 1 year (we have been in our current house for 5 years) and are negotiable on commencement date, and can pay up to $180 P/W
