We are a mature (36 & 40 years) 100% debt-free couple with excellent rental references. We are conscientious, responsible, home-loving tenants who will look after your property as if it were our own. We are seeking a free-standing house in a quiet location (away from road/hoon/truck noise, probably on a cul-de-sac or near the end of a no-through-road) within 20 minutes drive of Hobart. We are looking for a house with a modern kitchen (preferably with a double sink) as we both are keen cooks, and a small vegetable garden (or the possibility of establishing one ourselves). We are looking to stay in such a property for several years. We also really prefer a house which has some tall trees around it. We need two double bedrooms and parking access for 1 ute and 1 hatchback. We can pay up to $280 per week. We have a well-trained cat, who is both outdoor and indoor.
