Hi. I am wanting to upgrade to a 3 bedroom home with a backyard so I can get a cat and do work on my car.

The place I am in now is cheap, quiet and pretty private.
It's a 35 minute walk to the city and Coles is just down the road.
We have a resident car park out the back. and our neighbors are friendly.

The place is a large 2 bedroom flat. (very large main bedroom and a smaller bedroom too)

It is on Penquite road and opposite the flat is a bus stop.

Close to the Newstead business area that has a Coles, Hairdresser, bottle shop, post office and Commonwealth Bank.

The lease is with LJ Hooker Launceston.
