Mature Gent seeks Partly Furn Cabin (at least Dbl Bed and Washing machine with Dryer) in the Hobart to Devonport to Burnie area.(I do have certain furniture).  Tasmania (I am ex-Ulverstone) -  anywhere  -  Need ASAP or near to January.  Would consider "share"or board with a right person due to my needing to work from home and having my cat.  Thank you.
 
I am a mature gent and I work from home, thus would need telephone point to enable dual Telephone/Computer ADSL point.  I work for a National Australian Company and work from home. I am involved in part of the financial industry and have been working within the law for 40 years.
 
I seek a Cabin or premise that acepts my Desexed Male 5 year old cat.  (I will not part with him as been together since his birth and he has a fear of the outside world - only ventures outside for a short period of time).  He is a lover of other animals and not a fighter.
 
I am an avid animal lover, having bred dingo's, reptiles and owned horses for years.  I don't drive, so at least need reasonable taxi distance to shops.
 
I can obtain references as have been renting a Cabin in Woy Woy (NSW)  for over 2 years and have a perfect rental record.
