My partner and i are currently looking for a new rental. We currently have a lease until january 2010 and we are not interested in extending the lease due to some issue within the property. We are looking for a older sytle house or modern house but with a heat pump. We are looking for properties in Kingston, Kingston Beach , Blackmans Bay,Margate , Electrona and Snug. We are both professionals with full time jobs. We are looking for a property that would consider outdoor pets. We have fantastic references from employers, friend and also previous real estate's such as Raine and Horne, The Rental Centre, Roberts Real Estate and Private Rentals.
