Character Glenorchy home

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on this easy care home in a nice area in Glenorchy. The landlord is easy-going and is happy to consider pets (I had two dogs there). The house has 2 bedrooms, one a good size the other is HUGE as it was originally two bedrooms now converted to one. The house is very secure and you have lovely neighbours. There are hard-wired heaters in the hall and lounge which have a discounted tariff on the Pay As You Go electricity account. The bathroom has a separate bath and "tastic" light. Plenty of room to park off the street (although it is not undercover) and the parking is behind the house so it's very secure. The 28 bus to Hobart centre stops right outside the door. A garden shed and pretty cottage front yard complete the picture. I am reluctantly moving out after only a few weeks due to employment falling through.
