I'm a quiet professional male, mid 20s, tidy, and active.
I'm moving out of my Sandy Bay share house to be closer to my work north of town.  I'm seeking a small 2 bedroom flat, or spacious single bedroom unit, separate living area is a must.  Would love to have sunshine and a small yard, but not necessary.
I'm looking for a long term rental in the North Hobart, West Hobart, or New Town area, and may consider Moonah or Lutana.  Ideally  a place is available around the 12th December or a week earlier.
