I'm looking for a housemate to share a sunny, roomy house in Lenah Valley (on the LV/New Town border).  The house is less than a one minute walk to shops, public transport and a large park, and has a work-in-progress vegie garden.  The room for rent is north facing and contains a large wardrobe.

Rent is $120/week and includes ADSL2+ internet.

Share with a female postgraduate student and a small happy dog.  Smallish pets other than cats considered.  I would prefer someone friendly and creative in their mid 20s to late 30s.
