Pretty in Glenorchy

I'm looking for someone to share this lovely home in Glenorchy with me and my two dalmatians. My business means that I travel frequently between this home and my own home in NE Tassie so much of the time you will have the place to yourself (the dogs travel with me). The house has two bedrooms, one of which is massive and a large lounge area. There is off-street parking and a bus to Hobart goes past the front door. This street is in a nice area of Glenorchy and the neighbours are fantastic.There is a small cottage garden at the front and a shed in back. Discount electric panel heating in the lounge and hallway keep it cosy and the bathroom has a separate bath and tastic lighting. I would consider two people renting if they were prepared to let me occassionally use the house as a base (for a small portion of rent) when I need to be in Hobart on business. I am also prepared to transfer the lease to suitable tenants (total rent $270 per week). More pics avail on request.
