I have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom renovated federation house in North Hobart. The house is fully furnished with all utensils provided. You just need a bed really.

Currently living there is myself a 25 yr old male professional and a 23 yr old Uni grad girl.

We are looking for someone bright, happy, clean and fairly sociable between 19 and 30. Parties, loud friends etc during the week is a no go but im fairly open to whatever on the weekends.

Rent paid two weeks in advance fortnightly with 2 week bond required.
