A large room in a nice 3-bedroom flat with absolute water view is now available, which locates in a blue complex at 10 Waterworks Rd, Dynnyrne, 7005(near King St). This room has a very good quality queen sized bed and is with build-in wardrobe. Desk and lamp table have also been provided. Flat is brand new and with all amenities here. All you need is to move in directly. Bathroom and toilet are separated, You share it with other two persons. There is another private bathroom in the master room.
 
I am a postgraduate student who is very tidy and clean, hence, I prefer someone same out there taking over this lovely room. If you are interested in it, please feel free to contact me ASAP either at fwang1@utas.edu.au or on 6223 8918. I’ll arrange an inspection for you afterwards.
