Homely Townhouse right in the City

I'm looking for working, non smoking professional (male or female) to share a two bedroom, two storey townhouse that I have recently moved into.  It is in amazing condition and has great views of the Glebe, some water views and a lovely little garden which will be perfect in summer to sit in with a good wine or beer.  There is a large living/dining area, good sized kitchen, separate laundry, powder room with the two bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom with separate shower/bath and another toilet.  There is also plenty of storage space.  There is only one carport but another car can fit depending on the size but there is also off street parking. 

 

It comes with a fridge, oven, washing machine and microwave.  I’m also set up with the other essentials, so you would only need your own bed and linen.

 

I’m looking for someone who is laid back but responsible and has their own life but is happy to occasionally share a meal and have a good conversation. 

You would also have to sign a lease and go through the application process via the property group.
