This tent goes for 270 retail, and I've used it less than 10 times. The tent is in perfect condition, however I'm leaving Hobart by October 23th. It is a free-standing tent (with aluminum poles)- which means you don't have to stake it down in good weather, and the fly clips on over it. It is an excellent hiking tent, everything together weighs exactly 2 kilos.
