Scene to Believe are leaders in the digital event photography market and provide Santa Photography to major Shopping Centres throughout Melbourne and Tasmania .  We have achieved our excellent reputation through delivering outgoing, motivated and interactive photography/customer service teams, and more importantly, through providing Supervisors to ensure these staffing qualities are exceeded.
We are looking for well-presented and energetic team leaders to manage a small team of customer service staff (approx. 5-10 staff).  You will need to be an organised person who thrives on a challenge, possesses the Christmas Spirit and most importantly, you must enjoy working with children.  You will be encouraged to run your photography set as if it were your own business, motivating your team towards a financial target.  You will be rewarded with excellent bonuses upon reaching key targets.
As a Set Supervisor, you would be required for 4-5 days of training mid-late October (flexible) with full time availability through November and December.  Set Supervisors are required to work 6 days per week (including weekends). Commencement dates vary between stores with the most common start date being the 15th November.  Other sites commence early or late November.
Locations available: Northgate Tasmania  
Your responsibilities would include:
§         Training your customer service team
§         General management of your team and location throughout the season
§         Motivation of staff to reach sales targets
§         Daily reporting and communication with Scene to Believe and Shopping Centre management
It is a requirement that applicants have previous experience in a customer service related position.  Ideally you will also possess the following:
§         Impeccable customer service
§         Excellent communication skills
§         Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
§         Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
§         Access to an internet connection throughout the season
§         Mobile phone (phone allowance payable)
Experience in managing and motivating teams along with minimal photography experience is also preferred, however complete training will be provided to suitable candidates.
