Corporate advisor required to represent shareholder in fast growing hospitality company. Must have experience in all company matters including shareholder meetings, capital raisings, basic corporate law, trading of shares as well as knowledge of company constitutions, shareholders agreements and financial reporting requirements. Remuneration negotiable but may include a share of the upside when company floated plus a weekly retainer. Would suit retired director of public company or lawyer with company law experience with estimated average weekly time commitment of 4 – 10 hours per week including attending monthly board meetings, reviewing financial forecasts and analyzing business plans etc.
