Date Listed: 05/06/2008 Au Pair for family in Hobart required - live in preferred. Looking for someone with a mature,responsible outlook but still knows how to have fun with children. There are four children, (B) 7 (B)6 (B)6 (G)5 So... you need to be able to cope with an energetic fun group but be aware of boundaries and know what is ok and safe and fun and what is not. First aid required but will pay for course if you don't have current. Second language a bonus but not necessity. Must be a non-smoker and have verifiable references. Driver (safe and careful) would be great but can work around that if not. Main hours are before and after school but some other times required as I run my own business. All duties related to children. Basic cooking knowledge at a minimum. We also have one cat who thinks he is a person so if you have allergies this won't suit you. Personal lifestyle must not infringe on work (translation - constant partying or any inappropriate behaviour.) This simply won't work for us.
