We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced perioperative nurse to lead the Orthopaedic team in our busy Operating Theatres. This is a job share position and hours are negotiable.
 
To be successful in this role you must be a Registered Nurse with 4-5 years perioperative experience. Recent experience in Orthopaedic Surgery is essential and proven leadership experience a strong advantage.
 
Your main duties in this role will include being responsible for providing clinical leadership as well as coordinating equipment, supplies and instruments. You will also mentor and educate staff and lead policy development and future planning for the speciality. Candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills, be self motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
