The objective of these roles is to lead the growth and development of the Banjo's Bakery outlet at Strahan Village by preparing a consistently high quality product.

Additionally, the bakery is about to undergo a significant refurbishment, so the successful applicants will be working with brand new equipment including a new proover / retarder, a mixer and a two bank rotel oven.

To make your lifestyle in Strahan Village even easier, discounted staff accommodation is available. For example, accommodation for a single person will be $85 per week, including power and Austar, while couples and families also attract discounted rates!

The successful candidates will receive competitive remuneration circa $40,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience, and dependent on which level they are applying for.
