Wanted: travel nate for Overland Track

Hello,

 

I am a Belgian girl (26) travelling through Australia. By december I want to be in Tasmania and I really have my heart set on doing the overland track. I am not looking forward on doing it on my own, though. So I am looking for a travel mate (or mates) to undertake the challenging walk with me. Normally it's a 6/7 day walk (68 k's) but if you want to do some of the extentions (and I do), it'll take you a few days more. During the track you'll have to carry al your gear. Because december and january are peak season you have to book in advance. The booking system already has a few closed dates.

 

If you also want to do the track in that period and like to take me along or come along, please let me know. I've heard from some people it's really worth the effort!
