Hey i am looking for my brother kenneth Wakefield. My name is Demelsa i havent seen him since he was two and that was 24 years ago. I would really love to see him or know of his where abouts. He was also know as Kenneth Broughton for a while him and his foster family lived in Devenport then apparently moved to launceston and i am not sure where from there. All i know is that he has joined the police force and i not sure how to find out. Please has anyone seen him .
